Brad grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2004. After graduation, Brad lived in Honduras, Costa Rica and Mexico where he taught English. In 2005, Brad launched his career in immigration as an Americorps Vista Volunteer in Miami, Florida assisting with refugee relocation. He has gained significant experience working at four immigration law firms and in a law school immigration clinic. Brad’s tasks have exposed him to a diverse array of permanent resident and temporary visa applications. Brad has focused his knowledge on the fundamentals of immigration court proceedings. In 2018, Brad was a selected as a Rising Star in immigration by "Super Lawyers" Magazine. Brad is an immigration consultant to the Mexican Consulate in Detroit to provide immigration legal representation for Mexican nationals. Brad is the media chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for the state of Michigan and he founded the Washtenaw County Bar Association Immigration Law Section. Brad is fluent in Spanish and a graduate of Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.

Marva is a proud Cuban-American and a fluent Spanish speaker from Miami, Florida. Marva graduated from Florida State University in May 2012 with a double bachelors degree in philosophy and criminology. Marva attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in May of 2015. Marva joined the firm in 2013, primarily handling court cases. Marva has gained significant exposure with a variety of immigration matters, including special immigrant juveniles, u-visa applicants, VAWA recipients, affirmative asylums, and other motions before the immigration court. Marva handles criminal, custody and divorce cases. Marva is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Marva was recognized by President Obama’s Council on Service and Civic Participation and was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for her contribution of over 300 hours of community service.

Marvin is Cuban-American and was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated with honors from Miami Dade College and earned a bachelors degree with a criminal justice concentration. Marvin graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Marvin joined the firm in 2017 and he handles immigration court cases, hardship waivers, and USCIS applications. Marvin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Washtenaw County Bar Association Immigration Law Section, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan. Marvin won AVVO’s 2017 Client’s Choice Award and is the recipient of the Pro Bono Honors Award from Florida Coastal Law School for his contribution of hundreds of community service hours.

Meagan grew up in Dexter, MI and attended Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. She graduated in December of 2011 with a degree in Sociology and Spanish. Her passion for the Latino community and the Spanish language developed through multiple volunteer experiences both in the United States and abroad. Meagan joined the Immigration Law PLLC team in February of 2014. She has experience working on a variety of immigration cases at the firm. She currently handles cases including applications for permanent residency, citizenship, provisional waivers, temporary protected status, and DACA.

Arianna was born in Beijing, China and moved to Michigan when she was six. As a result, Arianna is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Arianna is a senior at the College of Creative Studies in Detroit. She was the 2016 Miss Michigan within the Miss America Organization. As both the first Asian-American Miss Michigan and immigrant state title holder, Arianna utilized her experience as an immigrant to promote her Miss Michigan platform, Being American, Immigration and Citizenship Education. At the Miss America Competition out of the 52 contestants, Arianna won the talent award for her piano performance. The primary focus of Arianna's work at the office is U visas for victims of crime.

Sofia graduated from Ann Arbor Pioneer High School and was fortunate to spend part of her childhood living in Rome, Italy. She is fluent in Italian and French and she is proficient in Spanish. Sofia graduated first in her class with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Michigan with a double major in English Literature and French. She recently returned from studying abroad at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, France. Sofia’s passion for working with immigrants was ignited by participating in an Alternative Spring Break trip to El Salvador, where she met many families whose children had emigrated to the United States. After that trip, she began taking Spanish classes at the university and she now volunteers as a teacher for the Hispanic/Latino ministry at St. Mary Student Parish. Sofia spent the summer of 2017 working at the Joel Nafuma Refugee Center in Rome teaching French and Italian and working with French-speaking migrants. Sofia joined the firm in 2016 and her current responsibilities include writing provisional unlawful presence waivers and USCIS applications, along with assisting in the office wherever her help is needed.
